Colleen is the BEST!  She alleviated so much stress for our family while we were making the difficult decision on the best facility for our mother.  She took the time to get to know her to determine the level of care she would require and get a better understanding of what is important to her and the family. I have been trying to get my mom in assisted living for over a year now.
All I heard was they don’t have any available rooms or mom didn’t have enough money.
Then Colleen and Nicholai got my mother into an assisted-living facility in about 2 1/2 weeks.
They were both very nice and respectful people. I would tell anybody who’s looking for assisted living to reach out to them.

I live in Niagara County, NY, but my mom left ves in central Mississippi. A local friend referred me to Colleen. When Colleen was unable to locate someone in Mississippi to help me, she and her team did the leg work themselves. The team from Assisted Living Locators were incredibly helpful navigating an emergency situation and were able to connect our loved one with a fantastic assisted living option in just a matter of days. Colleen is from heaven. I was trying to manage my sister’s transfer to an assisted living facility in Erie County, western NY, and I live in Denver CO., 1500 miles away. Colleen kept me on track from start to finish. She was available by phone, email, and even went in person to meet my sister and our other siblings. She connected with social workers and admission directors in multiple facilities, helped us obtaining and filling out forms, and setting up tours (both in person and virtually for me).
